- SSSydney ScherJan 24, 20261.0I came here yesterday after realizing i needed a new battery for my car. When i walked in at 10:30/11ish Jan 24th, there were about three employees working in a store with no customers other than myself and my mom. When asking for help the man working seemed unsure about what i needed went out and tested my battery which told me what i already knew. Once we walked back inside they said they were too short staffed to help me purchase or install the battery. One lady working was mopping and my mom offered to continue mopping for her to free up someone to help me install it. They proceeded to tell me to come back another day or go to the Perry st. Auto Zone. Later in the day I went to the Elizabeth lake location and i was in and out in 20minutes with a new battery purchased and installed. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

I tried a few auto parts shops in the area who were friendly, but this place really came through for me. It was freezing outside, snowing, and busy, but they got my car battery changed and I'm really grateful to them. The store manager, Maria, really knows her stuff and is such a boss! Choose this place!
