Brian made sure we didn’t spend any extra money. He came outside to make sure we got the exact part and actually didn’t see anything wrong with the belt but recommended me to a wonderful place to get it checked out just in case. It did need to be replaced but looking at the belt, I can see why he thought it wouldn’t need replacing from a quick glance. He genuinely tried to help.
