  I’ve had multiple experiences at this location, and unfortunately, the level of service continues to fall short especially when it comes to knowledgeable assistance and follow-through. I came in to have a battery tested and was told it didn’t have enough charge, so I agreed to have it charged. After waiting two hours, I was told it was only at 18% and that it may have been hooked up incorrectly. I gave the benefit of the doubt and left it again to be properly charged. When I returned another two hours later, the store was extremely busy with only two employees working and a line to the door. I understand staffing challenges, so that wasn’t my main concern. However, when I finally got to the counter, I was handed my battery and simply told “it’s good to go.” When I asked for a proper test to confirm the charge and battery health, I was dismissed and told I had nothing to worry about. Once I got home and installed the battery, it had no power at all—it wouldn’t even start my mower. This isn’t just an inconvenience it’s a clear lack of attention to detail, accountability, and basic customer service. I gave multiple opportunities for this to be handled correctly, and instead, I left with a product that was not properly tested or verified. At this point, it’s not about one bad visit it’s a pattern. There needs to be better training, better communication, and more care taken when helping customers. Simply telling someone “it’s good” without verifying it is not acceptable. Because of this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward.

  Maria, the store manager , is always willing to assist. She would go out of her way to make sure you have a great experience in the store. Alex , store clerk, goes above and beyond everytime I come there. Great team work guys!

  They might have cost me a car. I bought a battery from them back on October 10, 2025 online and came to pick it up. When I arrived I grabbed the battery and stated that was the last battery in that brand that I ordered. I noticed the that the expiration date was two years old. I made the comment that this battery is expired and I was told oh no that’s just the shelf life you still have two years left. Well just last month feb 28, 2026 that same battery that I stated was expired was leaking acid all in my car. Meaning it wasn’t no good from the start. So of course it’s a warranty on it brings it back and they take it out. They give me another battery under a different brand because they no longer carry the one I bought online. This time the manger puts it in but instead of her saying that the battery thermals are bad and I won’t be able to place the battery in for you. She gone head and puts it in and puts a screw on it to hold it in place knowing that can cause a fire and short circuit the car. They just don’t listen to the customer all this could’ve went differently if they just would’ve listened.
