  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10, THIS PLACE IS DIFFERENT. If you’re anywhere near Pontiac and you need parts, stop wasting time scrolling and just go to Acme Auto Parts immediately. I called around to a few spots first — nobody answered like these guys did. Scott picked up on the FIRST ring. That alone told me everything I needed to know. 📞⚡️ From there? It only got better: ✔️ They had EVERY single part I needed in stock ✔️ Headlights ✅ Tail lights ✅ O2 sensor ✅ Purge valve sensor ✅ ✔️ Offered me a discount WITHOUT me even asking (who does that anymore??) ✔️ I was in and out in what felt like under 5 minutes No runaround. No weird energy. No “we might have it.” Just straight-up efficiency like a well-oiled machine. 💯 Customer service = elite 💯 Inventory = insane 💯 Speed = ridiculous I’m not exaggerating — this is easily one of the smoothest, most satisfying auto part experiences I’ve ever had.   Do NOT trust these guys. They screwed me put of a Engine. They sold my mechanic a BRAND NEW engine for 1100 and sent him a USED engine...Now theyre trying to make ME pay the return shipping. Not only do they not have a license, they also provide NO Warranty or shipping info on their website. They just make stuff up as they go.. Bunch of scammers

  Grade A Scammers... Sold me a USED RUSTY ENGINE. And on top of that, they INSISTED it was new so we had it installed by a ASE Master Certified Technician. Come to find out, once started it immediately was dumping ENGINE OIL INTO THE COOLANT causeing it to overflow all over the shop floor....Turns out, the Oil Cooler was bad. Probably from sitting outside in the elements for several months if not years. So we decided in hopes to not have to pay another 1500 to have this crap engine they sold me out and replaced, they replaced the oil cooler with the one off my old engine... And thay solved the coolant overflow issue and coolant and oil mixing issue. Now that the shop could run the car for more than 5 seconds, they tested everything and immediately noticed it started smoking with a sweet smell to the smoke. As the car warmed up it got worse. So the Technician did a Combustion Leak Test on the cooling system and it immediately FAILED with the blue fluid turning green within seconds...They also did a leak down test where excessive Air could be heard coming through the oil fill hole ( crankcase ) with a 80% leak down on 2 middle cylinders which indicates blown head gasket.. These guys are refusing to take back or refund my money. I now have to pay a shop ANOTHER $1,500 ON TOP OF THE $1,500 I HAD TO PAY FOR THIS ONE TO BE INSTALLED.. Yall are either gonna refund my money or Ill be seeing yall in court for that $1,500 extra labor i had to pay PLUS the $1,100 i paid for the engine PLUS Attorney Fees, Flights ect.
