  Top notch team at this establishment. Quality vehicles, down to earth people. Need a solid car? Look no further than Plymouth Enterprise. Enterprise itself has a lot of rules, but this is out of the branch’s control! Nothing but respect for this spot and the integrity of every employee you meet. They make you feel like you’re at home even if you’re from 1000’s of miles away.

  Until yesterday, my most recent rental, this had been the best location! Always had good communication, nice clean vehicles etc. When i arrived yesterday I was told they had no vehicles (unless I wanted a 15 passenger van...). The gentleman looked at his computer for a second and said "nope, not that that location either." My issue isn't even that they didn't have enough returns for their reservations it was the lack of concern. I had dropped my vehicle for work to be done on it so I was stranded. They had not called, not emailed to say they could not fill my reservation that day just waited for me to show up to give me the middle finger. Even as I write this my reservation remains active but I've heard nothing, no updates... terrible.

  I walked into the building and two women came in six feet or so behind me. The clerk walked right up to the people who came in behind me to start helping them, completely ignoring me. He finished with them 8 or so minutes later and they left; I then asked the clerk if there was a reason why he had skipped me entirely. It turns out that he needed to help the people behind me because those people were returning a car and Enterprise had a shortage of cars at the moment. That is fine and well, but the clerk should have politely let me know that rather than just ignore me and the fact that I walked in first. I also work in a field requiring customer service, and you need to politely communicate - you don’t just skip and ignore someone. I got up to the counter eventually, and then when I went to leave, the first man had my personal vehicle blocked in with a rental car even though there were open spaces on either side of me. The rep was standing there going over something on a tablet with a client. As I walked up, I said, “Sorry, I need to back out.” He said, “He is leaving right now.” Okay, cool, so I get into my car, start it up and wait 30+ seconds and he is still standing there talking with the guy, going over things on the tablet. So I hopped out and stated matter of factly, “I’m going to need you to move the car so I can get out.” So the rep moved the car, no apology, which took him all of 15 seconds. This rep needs some basic lessons in common courtesy and communication [customer service skills], and I hope the manager I called and spoke to does indeed address it with him [doubtful, but one can hope]. I hate complaining like this, but hate being ignored and dismissed even more. So rude.

  Rented a car from them as part of an insurance claim. Not a great experience. Used the location in Plymouth. 1. Did not get picked up on time and had to call. Was told someone was on vacation that normally did this. 2. Car was not ready and while standing at the counter, the attendant took a phone call and instead of putting them on hold, he proceeded to help the person on the phone while I stood there waiting. 3. They got the drivers seat wet when cleaning the car so had to put towels on the seat. Car smelled like someone had smoked Marijuana In it and had about a quarter tank of gas. 4. Get a call a day or so later telling me that the plates were expiring and I needed to stop by to get new plates. Keep in mind that I live about 45 minutes from the rental car location. I get there and they can’t find the plates. Takes about a half hour for them to finally find them and get them on the car. All in all, this took at least a couple of hours out of my day. 5. Return process was a little better but still longer than it should be. Guys who work there are very nice but process and execution need work.
