  I wouldn’t buy a car from this place if you paid me. The sales staff just wants to take advantage of you and if they can’t they become super rude. Jim the owner should be embarrassed of the way his sales staff conducts themselves. It’s ok though I will reach out to the regional sales manager and let them know how the brand is being represented.

  On Monday 10/20/2025 drove an hour to Fox Hills to see and drive a Lexus IS250 they have for sale. I’ve never felt so rushed and pushed out of a dealership in my life. It felt like we were a bother and the salesman Gary just wanted us to leave—even tho he knew we were coming. We drove the car and overall liked the car but asked Gary if they could fix the sensors on the tire pressure feature since it didn’t work, the trunk since it wouldn’t open and the small crack in the windshield. He said sure and he’d follow up with us the following day. Didn’t hear anything so around 3:30 on Tuesday I called back. He said he had just sent it over to service and he would call me as soon as he got it back from them. Today is Saturday. Never heard back. Guess he lost the sticky note he took our information on. This dealership/salesman may not want my business—So guess what? Just paid cash today for a far nicer Lexus we found in Bay City at Labadie Toyota. THEY were amazing. Strongly do not recommend Fox Hills at all. Unless you want to be practically pushed out the door and ignored.

  I am writing this review to warn others about the dishonest and unprofessional conduct of FOX HILLS CHRYSLER. My salesperson, DAN Kachadourian, provided a final price on a vehicle, and we proceeded with the purchase based on that figure. My credit was pulled, and we scheduled a pick-up. Just before the scheduled delivery, I was informed that the price would be much higher. This last-minute change after securing my personal information and finalizing arrangements was a shocking display of bad faith. A reputable dealership does not pull such stunts. I can no longer trust this business and have taken my business elsewhere.
