  I wouldn’t buy a car from this place if you paid me. The sales staff just wants to take advantage of you and if they can’t they become super rude. Jim the owner should be embarrassed of the way his sales staff conducts themselves. It’s ok though I will reach out to the regional sales manager and let them know how the brand is being represented.

  On Monday 10/20/2025 drove an hour to Fox Hills to see and drive a Lexus IS250 they have for sale. I’ve never felt so rushed and pushed out of a dealership in my life. It felt like we were a bother and the salesman Gary just wanted us to leave—even tho he knew we were coming. We drove the car and overall liked the car but asked Gary if they could fix the sensors on the tire pressure feature since it didn’t work, the trunk since it wouldn’t open and the small crack in the windshield. He said sure and he’d follow up with us the following day. Didn’t hear anything so around 3:30 on Tuesday I called back. He said he had just sent it over to service and he would call me as soon as he got it back from them. Today is Saturday. Never heard back. Guess he lost the sticky note he took our information on. This dealership/salesman may not want my business—So guess what? Just paid cash today for a far nicer Lexus we found in Bay City at Labadie Toyota. THEY were amazing. Strongly do not recommend Fox Hills at all. Unless you want to be practically pushed out the door and ignored.

  I am writing this review to warn others about the dishonest and unprofessional conduct of FOX HILLS CHRYSLER. My salesperson, DAN Kachadourian, provided a final price on a vehicle, and we proceeded with the purchase based on that figure. My credit was pulled, and we scheduled a pick-up. Just before the scheduled delivery, I was informed that the price would be much higher. This last-minute change after securing my personal information and finalizing arrangements was a shocking display of bad faith. A reputable dealership does not pull such stunts. I can no longer trust this business and have taken my business elsewhere.

  I had a poor experience today at the fox hills jeep dealership. I bought my JL from this dealership 5 years ago. I scheduled An appointment today @8:30 am to fix my dangling mirror visor. They officially open the dealership at 9 am so when I arrived it appeared to be closed. It took me a few circles around the place to find out that the service department is open. I arrived at the service department at 8:53 am. 23 minutes late to my appointment. First my service advisor Ryan Bruyere told me that I will needed a ride because I have to drop off my vehicle. It’s will take them till 4-5 hours just to have a technician look at it. It will also cost $165 just to look at it. Given that it’s a common issue with JLs and JTs I was surprised they don’t have a bulk estimate on how much it would cost. Ryan Bruyere who was just not the most friendly or knowledgeable service advisor. He did not know the bulk estimate for the common mirror visor issue. I asked him “what’s the point of an appointment if I am going to wait 4-5 hours” he told me that “it’s for his time to see me” even though he provided no new information about the mirror visor. He also told me that I was half hour late even though visibility the dealership looks closed before 9 am. Two notes, I wish when I scheduled the appointment they told me that I will need to drop my car off for 4-5 hours so I could plan my day. I also wish they told me it’s $165 to look at it before giving any estimate. He just didn’t seem to me willing to have a conversation with anyone. Ryan Bruyere should work on being more helpful and willing to support the dealership customers. Poor customer service.

  I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this Jeep dealership was disappointing enough that I feel the need to warn others especially when dealing with the service department. The service manager, Scott, was rude, dismissive, and downright unprofessional. I came in with a legitimate concern about my vehicle, hoping to get some guidance or at least respectful communication. Instead, Scott acted like I was a nuisance from the moment I walked in. He spoke over me, made condescending comments, and seemed more interested in brushing me off than actually helping. A service manager should be the one setting the tone for good customer care instead, Scott made the whole experience uncomfortable and frustrating. I left without getting the issue resolved, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I recommend finding a dealership that values its customers and employs people who actually want to help.
