  Before booking a flight to any city or country beware these fools (and Hertz and Avis) won't rent you a vehicle if you don't have a credit card!! Seems a debit card, drivers license and passport wasn't enough they said they "changed their policy" as I stated I've rented from them many times in the past and I was by the way in the computer they checked! So I'm stranded about 500 miles (820 km) away from home with my bag as I just got off the plane at Philadelphia. So I had to pay a taxi 320.00 to take me to my destination! Lucky one of the people at the event in Pocono Pa I was going to lived not far from where I did in Michigan and got to ride home with him otherwise a last minute flight home would've cost me a bundle! Many people don't have credit cards anymore so those that don't make sure when booking a trip when talking to the car rental people that they except debit cards you don't have a credit card or you'll be stranded!

  Excellent experience from the time I arrived to pick up my car until I returned the car. Very friendly helpful customer service. Highly recommend

  The team at Plymouth went above and beyond to help secure a needed rental and vehicle type for a weekend on short notice. They were nothing but professional, personable, and a pleasure to work with. We sincerely appreciate all of their efforts, and also the efforts of the Wixom truck rental and Northville car rental locations, who all worked together to make the rental happen.

  They were extremely rude Chris and all of the other guys schedule a reservation with me. Matter of fact call to confirm that I had a reservation. Confirm that they had the vehicle that I wanted and told me that it would be there for me and was waiting on me they would be waiting on me and my family. We had to attend a funeral And we needed this vehicle. They then called back and said that there was no rental available then did not offer to put us in another vehicle just completely rude and unprofessional and the only reason I’m making this review is that I don’t want it to happen to other people it was really a simple fix. All they had to do is offer for us another rental or at least offered to contact other locations to see if they can accommodate us in anyway form of fashion, which I’m sure is it isn’t enterprise Rent-A-Car policy to do this. It’s probably every companies policy to have great customer service and accommodate the customer in anyway possible at least attempt to they did not do that. Even said we don’t have a vehicle and just hung up on me so I do wish they can get it together. I do pray that they learn from this and do better in the near future.

  Do not rent from here. It was the worst experience I have ever had renting a car. Would not recommend to anyone. If I could review a company over and over I would log into Google and give this place a one star every day. I also find it funny that with all negative reviews they are copy and pasted, not personalized. Do fell like you care about your unhappy customers. I know copy and paste.
