  I was out of a car for a few weeks, so I rented from Enterprise on the days I needed my own vehicle. I was in 3 times, and dealt with the same two employees. It would get very busy quickly but they seemed to have a good strategy for dealing with lines efficiently and we're always friendly. When picking up, they got me on the road as quickly as possible. The online process was smooth and flexible, which I appreciated. The parking lot there is a bit cramped, which is my only (minor) complaint. Still, the efficiency of the staff helped everything go smoothly.

  The additional three days I rented outside of the insurance coverage were quite expensive, and I still do not fully understand the breakdown of the charges. However, the service provided by the team was excellent. Chris, the manager, and the front desk representative were very helpful. Ryan was consistently cooperative, and Muhammad assisted me at the beginning and arranged vehicles based on my needs. Overall, the staff was truly great.

  I used the location in Ann Arbor rd in Plymouth and they were great. Very helpful and the car they gave me was extremely clean inside and out. I was told to call a couple hrs before I was coming in to make sure they had an SUV (similar to what I usually drive and the weather here sucks lol) so I did and was told they only had a mini van. I let them know I was told to call and that I really preferred an SUV, so he asked if I was okay with waiting an hr or two bc they had returns coming in around 1, which wasn’t a problem for me. When I got there they brought around a jeep which was perfect and extremely clean inside and out. I spoke with Chris the initial time and he ended up being the one to go over the rental with me and he was very helpful and very friendly. I believe the other gentleman that helped me was Ryan, he was telling us he was getting promoted and was just so upbeat and friendly and was hustling in and out with getting people rentals and checking the returns. The only thing is I felt bad for the guys both days I went in. At times there’s just one guy trying to rent and go over vehicles with the customers while also trying to take care of customers returning their rental. Still, they got it taken care of and were friendly the entire time. I could just see some people complaining about it and not being understanding. I would definitely rent here again

  I have rented numerous of vehicles over the years however, the gentleman by the name of Chris Oliver and the customer service he provided was phenomenal to say the least. He went above and beyond for what my situation was calling for and could not have been more satisfied with the professionalism displayed. I have never gone into a rental place and requested a specific individual to work with but as someone who works with end users on a daily basis as well, it’s nice knowing i can request to work with Oliver and full count on the fact that the process is going to be as seamless as possible
