The first time I was there for over five hours to replace a tire and the second time it was over an hour before my car was brought in. This is after waiting three weeks to get an appointment. I think their sales people move other peoples appointments to get others in a slot you had reserved. Their system and appointment practices don't work for me I am not going back to this store again.
