- WAWes ADec 10, 20251.00 Stars if I could: I understand being short-handed, but the service experience was unacceptable. I had a 3:30 pm appointment on 12/9. Scott (the new advisor) called to say they were running behind. I asked if I could bring the car in earlier since I had plans, and he said that was fine. At 4:30 pm, I called for an update and was told my car hadn’t been touched and would need to stay overnight. I said okay and asked for the manager, Bruce, to call me. On 12/10 at 11:30 am, I called again and was told the vehicle was completed. However, when I arrived at 3:30 pm to pick it up, it hadn’t even been brought into the garage. I requested to speak with Bruce since he never returned my call. When he came out, he was dismissive and blamed everything on the new advisor and “being human.” His attitude and lack of accountability were unprofessional and unacceptable for someone in customer service. On the Bright side, David was very good.

I am not good at working or understanding tire air equipment so I go inside and explain my need for help. The gentleman was so understanding. I can help you, bring your car around to the first bay. He gets his jacket, it's 21 degrees today. Checks my car PSI for tire. Inflates my tire and explains the cold can change the PSI. " check your tires tomorrow and make sure they have good pressure " I felt so much better driving home knowing that someone was able to help me and cared. That's over the top service. We have always purchased all our tires for our vehicles from Belle Tire. They are so knowledgeable, helpful. Thank you for bringing a great company. So if you are looking for tires on your car you should check Belle Tire for their outstanding service.
