  Do not use this company they do not stand behind their work We were getting two trailer tires swapped out It’s a brand new trailer We just wanted heavier duty tires They didn’t know what axle they were working on because they didn’t read the paperwork loosened all of My tire lug nuts and never tighten them. I drove 2 1/2 miles up the road and they all snapped off and now they’re trying to wipe their hands clean up this. This is completely unacceptable. They’re telling me I just have to go through corporate. Do not use this company

  Consistently get great service from this Belle Tire location. Today, I pulled up for 6p appointment for a new tire and was done and gone at 6:30p. Easy! They ordered me a single tire to replace a road-damaged tire; the tire was not in stock anywhere. Ended up getting it from another distributor way out of state and had it 2 business days later. Prompt calls to me with order updates when they had an ETA on the tire and when the tire landed to set the appointment a couple hours later. The entire experience was simple, caring, and next-in-line. Couldn’t have been better—or easier. Thanks so much!

  Hi, if I could leave less than one star I would. Dropped my Triple axle trailer off there to have two tires replaced. They loosened the lug nuts on the second axle Accidentally and forgot to tighten them back up before letting me pick up the trailer. The front axle on the trailer is severely damaged and both rims are needing replaced. The studs and lug nuts are garbage. They are trying to say that this is not their responsibility. I spoke to the technician that worked on my trailer. He admitted that he accidentally started working on the wrong set of tires. I am hoping that they do the right thing and fix what they messed up. I will update This review shortly.

  I had a nail in my tire (tire was still fully inflated) and my husband took my car to Belle Tire first thing on Monday, 3/16/26, morning to see if they could patch it. They told him that we had to buy a whole new tire because they were not able to patch it. This may have been a money grab, but we trusted them. They said they had to order a tire and then "worked" on the car all morning and told my husband it was ready for pick-up that afternoon. We paid $228.85 and picked up the car that Monday evening. I drove my car to and from work for the next three days, which is all freeway. On Thursday, 3/19/26 evening I was shocked to see that the same tire had a nail in it. My husband called Belle Tire and they asked for his name and then said to bring the car back in, which I thought was odd. When we went back in, they admitted that they never put the new tire on the car that we had paid for. Go figure, they then took 10 minutes to put the tire we had previously paid for on the car. I was FURIOUS that we had been scammed. When I questioned this further, they said they did not know that they had made this mistake, but when my husband had called and said his name, which is a unique one, they said to come in right away, leading me to believe that they were fully aware of their error and were waiting to see if we would notice. After they actually put the new tire on, they offered us a free oil change for the next time we come in. No apologies, no refund and no discount offered for their major mistake of fraudulently charging us for a product and service that was not delivered that directly put me in danger. I have no interest in ever returning to Belle Tire for an oil change so they again can say they did a service for me but not really do it. When I left Belle Tire after actually getting the tire I paid for, they knew that I was displeased, to say the least, about being scammed but again offered no apologies or solutions for that. When I pressed further on a recourse of action, the guy we were speaking with said, "well you already paid for it." I would think that a company like Belle Tire has the capability to process a refund. I then asked for the Manager's name and contact info and was provided Bruce's card but was told he would be out of the office until Monday. My husband has called Monday and Tuesday and Bruce is still not in the office. There has been no follow up and we still have been offered no solutions for the product and service that they scammed us on.
