  They did a horrible job on my car, the more I look at my vehicle the more I find the poor job they did on my car. For over $5,000 worth of body repairs done there should have been way more quality put into the work. I am thankful this was an insurance claim cause there is no way I would have ever paid that much for the crappy job that was done. The pin striping is almost missing in spots, there are defects in the areas that were painted, and to top it off they didn’t reinstall the insulation barrier to the driver fender that was replaced and ice was building up inside the fender all winter long, I didn’t even notice it until the winter time when I could see the ice built up inside my vehicle. I wish I would have looked my car over but they were closing in like five minutes and I feel like I was being rushed out of there. Also the woman working the front desk is the rudest human being I have ever come into contact with. I will never return here to have my car worked on ever again.

  Fantastic customer service! My parked car was hit in a parking lot and it's like it never happened. Also, the interior of my car was sparkling clean when I picked it up (it certainly was not clean when I dropped it off!).

  Firstly, I’d like to say that I’m not your typical Karen. I’m not one to complain. I walked in to this establishment while there was NOBODY else in there to inquire on the process of fixing my van that had just gotten into a collision the day before. There were two people working the front desk. The lady was the one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered in customer service. I’m assuming she’s either worked there for forever and they just won’t fire her, she’s new and they’re desperate for workers, or the slight chance she was having a bad day, but she was absolutely horrible. I, also, had my 5 yr old who was very well behaved not saying a word, and when we left he asked why “that lady was so grumpy.” The only redemption was the gentleman working alongside her. He must have to clean up her messes frequently, because he stepped right in to explain the process to me. While I appreciate him, I’m doing my best to spread the word that I’d take my business elsewhere, and I am.

  Go to Safelite for glass. Don't waste your time. Right on the front of the building it says they do windshield repair and replacement. They don't. I went inside for a quote and I was told they don't do windshield repair or replacement there. Confused, I was given a number for a different company in grand rapids. If you need window work, go to Safelite in Kalamazoo. Much closer, very nice people, very decent prices.
