The day before the rental was to start, I asked about a pick up and was told no problem., I would be called when they were on their way. When the call did not come, I phoned them, only to be told I was never put on the pick up list and they had no one to pick me up. I told them I would take a taxi and thought they should pay for it which they did not want to do. I took the taxi anyway, calling to tell them I was on my way and not to leave as they close at 5:00pm. I was there at 5:03 and the place was locked tight. The whole thing all of 34 minutes and they did not wait for me to go through the paperwork. I then called the National office to complain and was promised a district manager would contact me. Never happened and they erased my reservation from their web site but I still have the reservation #. Place has had outstanding customer service in the past but this experience has taken them down a lot. Never got the rental as we had to be on the road early the next day. Very disappointing Hope it is not a trend. They failed to take responsibility for their actions/inactions

The last time was about a month ago, I rented a car for a day and a night $50, they took a $300 holding fee. I got half of it back a few days after, and called inquiring about why I don't have the full thing and they keep spinning me around saying that it's coming, I called corporate because macie gave me the number and they said they were going to contact this location and that they'd call me to resolve things. It's been two weeks since that phone call now. I do not recommend this location, and I don't like writing bad reviews. Also, during my last visit I was pulling out to go to a store while I waited, the manager had backed into me while I was backing out and my car has damage. Sadly I'm not impressed....
