When I went in to get the item the staff was rude and wanted to argue that the item I wanted was in front of me. For reference it was a snow brush. I told them the item description and they claimed it was the one she showed me. Two rude women. I told them this is not it and I went to Advanced Auto Parts. Do not recommend the Auto Zone in Petoskey MI.

I was given the wrong parts twice, which wasted my time and money. When I pressed the issue, she was extremely rude and made no effort to resolve the situation. Poor customer service and lack of accountability make this store a last resort. Avoid if possible.
