I walked in seeking an estimate without an appointment, and despite my unexpected visit, Mitch was welcoming, professional, and more than willing to assist me. I explained my current situation with my vehicle and the urgency of needing the repairs addressed. He took the time to clearly explain what they could do, what they could not do, and the next steps involved in the process. His professionalism, transparency, and willingness to help—especially without a scheduled appointment—made a strong impression on me.
