- 222020Nov 16, 20251.0Today, 11/16/2025 around 3:00 PM, I stopped at your Sunoco station to get gas and warm up my lunch. When I went to use the microwave, there was no one at the register. An older man came out from the back room yelling at me, demanding to know if my food was covered. I told him yes, but he insisted on seeing it and even reached for my items. I put my hand in front to protect my food, opened the microwave, and showed him everything was sealed. Even after seeing that, he kicked me out of the store in a rude manner, talking under his breath as I was leaving and speaking negatively about me to another customer. All I wanted to do was get gas and warm up my food. Because of this disrespectful and unprofessional behavior, I will not be returning, and I will be letting my family and friends know about this experience.

I went to go to the person at the Register to have whoever to please fix it and she wanted to say I was arguing with her and got an attitude with me. As a customer I don't deserve the embarrassing situation to turn into a screaming match. Then I call the manager and he wanted to argue with me about how I have to Jimmy the door in order to lock it... how bout fix your door and make sure it's actually locking and don't blame it on things that aren't related to the problem.
