It was great service and they communicated with me on every step/repair needed. Kevin was great to work with. Extremely affordable and very professional. Solve the issue with my daughter’s car. Would definitely recommend them to others. We’ll be back for service and any issues with the Ford Edge.

This review is only based upon the person that I encounter each time I go there for services. Brent the service advisor is a considerate, decent and a great person. He is a humble and pleasant to talk to. He is fast, friendly and professional. He always gives me honest trustworthy opinions. I believe he should be role model/leader for others.

Only 1 star because I can't do less. Anyways this is my 2nd review for this business. My fiance purchased a 17' KIA Sportage from them a mth ago and we had it back in there that wk due to the check engine light came on 30 mins after driving it off the lot. It was used but were told to bring it back in and we would receive a loaner and they would take care of it. We never received the loaner and had to find rides for 5 days and only heard back from them when we reached out 1st. They told us the timing chain needed replacing and were in contact with the warranty company to rectify the problem. When we contacted them back 2 days later they said they changed the timing chain sensor and cleaned out the screen cause it had metal shavings in it and we could pick it up the next day but they couldn't change the timing chain because warranty company wanted them to try the sensor first but was on board to change the timing chain if this failed. So we went and got it and the tech Kevin told us the light would be coming back on and would see us soon. Lo and behold it did less then an hour after picking it back up. So we contacted them and they were able to get us a loaner car cause they were going to fix it because both parties were on board to do so. After about 4 days of not hearing anything we contacted the shop and they said that the warranty company now would not pay for the repair. So we obviously didn't want to have this vehicle anymore and so the Sales Mgr Justin called and said he would be happy to rectify the problem and would find us something else in the price range with requirements we were looking for because he had many different options. He found a vehicle with what we were looking for other then the price with warranty which was gonna be $50 more a mth but it needed work as well. So after telling Justin, Michelle Mgr at the Perry store, our salesman Randy and Kevin the tech they should just fix it (because they already bought the parts) make my fiance happy so she could tell everyone how happy she was with them because word of mouth travels fast and I myself would want the bad reviews if it were my company and that's exactly what is going to happen. This company has NO communication with their customers or within the company. One person tells you it's going to be fixed, another says "We can
t fix that because the warranty company won't pay for it", I was under the impression we were going to fix it because we've had the parts, My GM will contact you when he talks to Justin after he gets back, on and on. They tried to put us in another vehicle but didn't put her $7000 down payment on it and wanted her to finance the whole cost of that when with the Kia she would only be financing the remaining amount from the $10,200 apprx. So just FYI DO NOT SHOP HERE...No communication, not willing to make customers happy and ok with any bad reviews. Theres plenty more to this but you all should get the jist of it. Previous owner would not let this happen I'm sure. Carry on with your business but don't take it to them.

Kevin was very helpful and tried to move along my claim. It seemed like Allstate was slowing things down. They got me a bronco while I was waiting to get my car serviced which I was very grateful because my explorer was the only vehicle I had. It took over a week and a half to get it fixed but I don't blame one hammer or Kevin I think it was the problems with Allstate insurance okay in the repairs. Finally I got it back and everything is working great and they did a great job in
