  I wanted to get an estimate for body repair and found out that I need an appointment. Walk-in were clearly not wanted. Then after not getting the quote for two weeks, I did schedule an appointment through my insurance company. I quickly received a call letting me know that the quote was already send to the insurance company and all I need to do was schedule the repair. When I asked for a copy of the quote, I was told "you don't need it!, just schedule your repair!". The rudeness and arrogance was shocking. It's my car, not the insurance company, I want to know what you think your doing. I don't think that is too much to ask, but it was for the. YES! CLOSE MY FILE! GOOD BYE!

  Got my vehicle towed here December 16th after a small accident which damaged my wheel house. I should have been told it was going to take more than a month to even get in the shop, they continue to tell me it will be ready one day then proceed to tell me the day of that it will be done the following week! Don’t take your car here unless you’re willing to wait months for your vehicle.

  Stopped in for a estimate at 8:AM Thur, four or five guys standing around behind the counter, was greeted sharply by a women "what do you need !" I replied an estimate, "do you have an appointment". she replied. I didn't know it was required, she replied "we don't have time to do that now, make an appointment and come back". My thoughts, customers are not important to Gerber staff. Won't be back.
