The environment feels chaotic, disorganized, and unreliable, with leadership failing to provide structure or support. Overall, this location does not meet basic expectations for a well-run shop. I would strongly not recommend it.
- KGKathy GrosOct 13, 20251.0I wanted to get an estimate for body repair and found out that I need an appointment. Walk-in were clearly not wanted. Then after not getting the quote for two weeks, I did schedule an appointment through my insurance company. I quickly received a call letting me know that the quote was already send to the insurance company and all I need to do was schedule the repair. When I asked for a copy of the quote, I was told "you don't need it!, just schedule your repair!". The rudeness and arrogance was shocking. It's my car, not the insurance company, I want to know what you think your doing. I don't think that is too much to ask, but it was for the. YES! CLOSE MY FILE! GOOD BYE!
