  Always receive great service from Serra. I have been talking my GX here for service since purchasing. Super friendly team to work with they proactively call and text as soon as my car is ready for service and I receive real time updates as my service progresses. This a such as great team to work with - and I love the new location.

  I had a really great experience working with Spencer Hart. He was patient and quick to answer my (many) questions. I have been looking at vehicles for several months and ultimately went with Lexus not only for the vehicle, but because of the awesome service. And who doesn't love coming in on buy day to your vehicle wrapped in a bow?!

  I want to share with everyone what a very pleasant experience I had dealing with the sales team at Serra Lexus of Lansing. I worked with a wonderful sales team, my client advisor, Spencer Hart and his manager, Mike Rogers. They were both incredibly professional and easy to talk to. I really appreciated their communication, transparency and the respectful way they handled the negotiation. If you’re looking for a friendly team that provides great communication without the pressure, I definitely recommend reaching out to them during your call or visit. These gentlemen were amazing and extremely helpful in all aspects of my new car purchase. In addition I want to add, me being a veteran, they were both greatful towards me for my service. TY Spencer and Mike, It was my honor to serve. This warmed my heart ❤️ but even more so when I learned Mike Rogers is also a veteran, thank you for your service Mike!   Be cautious of their used cars. I don't know if it's bad luck on our part or if there was something nefarious happening. The car we bought they would barely budge on valuation. We took it to a mechanic for a pre buy inspection, fully understanding this vehicle would eventually go to auction and we had to sign a prebuy waiver understanding this disclaimer. Most everything checked out. About $1k in normal repairs like brakes and battery. First issue it took them 3 weeks to get the title to sell it to us. Them having the car that long I should have went back and re-checked everything before we pulled the trigger. Well one week in and the dash is lit up like a Christmas tree with tons of faults resulting $5200 in repairs and changing out the transmission. If you do business here make sure you find somewhere to buy a warranty for major parts before it goes to hell. Definitely feel like they knew there was issues and cleared all the faults before we bought and test drove and our machanic looked at it.

  I had an honestly excellent experience working with Matt Stephens. Buying a car can feel overwhelming, but he made the entire process smooth, transparent, and actually enjoyable. From the start, he really listened to what I was looking for and didn’t try to push me into something that didn’t fit. He was knowledgeable about every detail, answered all my questions without any pressure Communication was clear, timely, and straightforward the whole way through. By the time I drove off the lot, I felt like I got exactly what I wanted at a fair deal, with zero stress. If you’re looking for someone who knows their stuff, respects your time, and genuinely cares about the customer experience, I highly recommend working with Matt Stephen. I’d absolutely go back to him again. Shout out to Justin in Finance, Cooper the tech specialist, and Spencer who also helped along the way.
