  Happy with the service personal. Not happy about being billed for services that were not done to the sprinter van. This is the second time the bill included DEF on a 2008 sprinter van. There is no DEF on a van that old. I feel with today’s AI this could be solved. There has to be a way to program that information into the service person’s computer to keep them from charging this by mistake. They were happy to fix the bill but how many times have I missed this on the bill and don’t get the amount for the DEF removed.

  Terrible, very poor communication. Do not expect to hear from anyone about the status of your car. Also, do not expect to have all the issues you list to be addressed to be fixed, it takes two or three visits with multiple reminders and requests and a very high level of frustration before you have your car back as expected, never on time as they told you. Plan to call multiple times to check on it! Will not buy here again.

  We tend to put up with service issues, until winter time, because it is a slower time for service companies. This time we said "yes" to the whole list. Just WOW. These trucks run like new, and the cost were reasonable. Im thrilled with every part of this experience.

  Terrible service. Multiple attempts to contact them for a new key fob. Can't get through to parts to verify they have the fob. Service will not answer. Parts won't answer. Will not schedule without having me verify the part with Parts. On top of that, they need the vehicle for (2) days to program the fob. Google seriously needs negative stars.
