    DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. This is my second time attempting to rent and both times have been a disastrous experience. Today I arrived and they explained they do not have a car for me and I asked them to change the car size and return location to accommodate providing me a car asap and the front desk clerk stated he would need to check with a manager. During this waiting period a different customer stated she had a horrible experience, that she got a flat tire and the car was rattling. Back to my situation — asked the front desk employee if he needed to call the manager he said she’s in a meeting and unfortunately there is no cars available. I had to end up cancelling my rental and now am waiting for an uber.

    Kayla was borderline rude, poorly trained/informed, and almost borderline standoffish. This has to be one of my worst experiences while renting with enterprise in the last decade. It was my first time renting from local location, as I usually rent from the airport. The only reason I did so was to save time, but it ended up being the opposite. I was traveling interstate and had to go through multiple tolls and therefore wanted to get toll pass through enterprise which can save quite a bit on tolls. When I asked them for toll pass they were like we have no idea what that is or what a transponder is. And she straight up lied to my face that they don’t have a transponder. When other employee looked for it he found it and I could see it is a transponder for toll pass but she doubled down and said we don’t do toll pass or anything at this location. I mean he was literally holding it in front of my face. Then to top it off she put wrong name on the reservation. Which is crazy, and thank god I caught it and instead of fixing it she straight up said “What do u want me to do about it”??? I am sorry is it too much to ask to do your bloody job that you are getting paid for? Then she blamed me for giving wrong name and said it is issue with your reservation I showed her I put correct name there. Then she said I will not be able to change the name I can cancel the reservation, I am like what!!!! Then finally after much pressing she finally fixed it and gave me the new registration with correct name. All of which took 2 minutes, but her attitude and poor communication and incompetence in arguing to fix a pretty big mistake on her end costed me an hour extra of my time just to pick up the car. Wow. What a waste of time. Then a week later when I called for toll receipt she was like I can’t email it to you I don’t have it and gave me the number to call to get it. And that number didn’t work off of course but I was able to get the info from enterprise website and get it myself. Again took 2 minutes and she as an employee at enterprise should know more than me and help customers out. What a waste of time. Please go to other enterprise locations. I would strongly advise against them. And my recommendation to staff would be Learn to do your job, and be polite and professional to your customers. It is literally your JOB! Leaving two stars only because the guy who got my car was polite and he actually looked for transponder even though Kayla shot him down!

    I’ve been renting with enterprise for over 20 years. They never gave me a problem and I hope they will never give me one.

    My car was dirty. I stood at the counter for close to 10 minutes while Coy was on the phone, and proceeded to take additional calls before acknowledging me. Coy (I’m not sure if that’s his name), lied to me about the insurance thru enterprise. He told me that if I got even a small scratch I’d responsible to pay $1,000 up front. He didn’t explain the policy or show the flyer used for damages incured. He also told me that if pay for the insurance once I return the car, since I was renting due to being a victim in an accident (another persons insurance was paying), I wasn’t sure I’d have the car for the time allotted. He said I’d only be charged the amount for which I had it. Once I checked with the insurance company, I cancelled the additional insurance thru your company, because Coy lied to me. I spoke with Kayla, who told me I’d still be charged even though I had the car less than an hour. I told her what Coy told me and she was adamant about explaining the policy. Which, I assured her multiple times I understood the policy, however her employee blatantly lied to me. She acknowledged several times that she’s had issues with Coy misleading/miscommunication with customer’s. She did refund the $20 when I returned to cancel the insurance agreement. I found out that the additional instance charge was charged fully up front (checking my bank account). Even though Coy told me I wouldn’t be charged until I returned the car. I also, have not received $50 deposit back for turning in the vehicle. The service here was horrible. The attitudes and the misinformation/misleading. And to be told that Coy does this often, yet nothing has been done, is problematic. I would not recommend this location to anyone

    Worst experience ever with a car rental place. Didn’t have the car we reserved and didn’t have any available equal replacements and the couple vehicles they did show us were filthy. The woman we dealt with was nice and felt bad but that doesn’t change the fact we ended up having no car, even though I confirmed two days earlier.
