This location can get busy during peak times but going around 6pm was a great time to visit and get an oil change in less than 15 minutes. Autumn was thorough and helpful throughout and Nick did a great job on the oil change. If every experience is like this one, I’ll continue to be a loyal Valvoline Okemos customer.

It’s clean, and in a convenient location (easy entrance and exit). The employees were super friendly and clearly enjoy their job and people. They were thorough with everything and also showed us the dipstick after the oil change was complete. We had an online coupon that we did not have any problem using. We went today (Saturday) around 3:30 and we didn’t have to wait. There was one other car being serviced. We were not there long, but do not feel it was “rushed”. It was a little more expensive than our last oil change at our regular place which is the only negative comment we have.
