    At the Okemos, Mi location recently, I had no wait outside or inside for my oil change. The asst. mgr. John asked if I wanted to have my cabin filter changed and when I told him yes, but a tech a few years ago started to do it a few years back and said it was a pain and would take a while, John said that wasn’t true and was able to get it done while the tech, John completed my oil change. They were being very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had a coupon and I got the cabin filter on sale, so the price was reasonable.

    Busy rude employer once in parking lot and find out it's busy you can't leave and go anywhere else. Rude guy told me there was but wasn't. I won't be back. Found a place that's freindly nice. And not pushy and mouthy like valvoline.

    The technicians were great! They explained everything and worked quickly. They were kind and polite. I thought the prices were reasonable, and I found a coupon online that gave me a discount. All in all, it was a great experience and I'd definitely recommend Valvoline!

    Staff is always friendly and informative. Make sure you understand what’s going on with your car and don’t pressure you to buy things you don’t need. Very quick and efficient. Highly recommend this location.
