  I had an amazing experience at Lexus this past week. I was hmm distraught, as my husband of 55 years died on 11/6. The car was overdue for maintenance Geoffrey was wonderful. Compassionate. He gave me a loaner that day which helped me very much. My husband, Dr. Beamon, and I have been Lexus owners since 1992. Mahalo and much Aloha Lehua❤️🌺

  Everyone we dealt with were incredibly professional, and were genuinely intent on serving us. They listen to us and worked to meet our needs. They place a high priority on customer satisfaction. On another note, we were very impressed with the plaque in the show room noting Albert Serra’s commitment to philanthropic endeavors. It was good to see that the dealership was not just interested in profit, but to also help those in need.

  Matt & the guys are wonderful at Lexus of Okemos/Lansing. I went in for a tune-up, but because my car was at least 10 years old, the part had to be ordered, so it took a few days to come in. However, Matt & the guys, allowed me to have one of their best loaner vehicles, a 2025 Lexus ES 350, until my car was serviced. Needless to say, that will be my next vehicle. Along with the Lexus Concept Car, the LF-30. Moreover, I had the Lexus ES 350 for a few days over the time my vehicle was already serviced. The car is so great, that I did "not" want to return it. Quiet as it's kept lol... but again, Matt &:all of the staff at Lexus of Okemos/Lansing, exhibited great kindness & professionalism! This car dealership... is simply the BEST!   Sales person not warm & welcoming, I felt I was bothering him by being there asking questions and he wanted me to pay the price and get the hell out of their. Very non professional and did not even take my counter offer to consider & finance guy lied to me about the service contract he sold to me and due to my poor experience with the sales person and finance guy I called other dealership and checked on ChatGPT and found out that some of the services he said that they were covered but in reality they were not & when I confronted him and he spoke to service and found out that I was right then he refunded me for that service contract. You guys have to train your staff to be courteous, friendly to the customer and try to make it a pleasant experience and be familiar with what they are selling and never lie to the customer. You have nice & shiny building but it is useless if customer never want to even consider coming back to you.
