Review of service dept.
I do not live in Lansing and had to get my son's RX towed in after a hybrid system failure. The team at Serra was able to properly diagnose and repair the problem. During the process, they sent me a video recorded by the technician showing me exactly what the problem was and what parts needed to be replaced.
While nobody likes to have their car unexpectedly break down, the best you can hope for is a honest, trustworthy, and competent mechanic and support staff.
Not only did they complete the repair with a high degree of expertise, the technician took preventative measures to ensure that we don't have similar problems in the future.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Serra Automotive Lexus, and I cannot say enough great things about my salesman, Alex.

Had service on my 2025 Lexus RX350. The reason for service was a recall on the rear camera and also I expressed concern over a 'loud hum' at 45 to 75 MPH. The initial tech test drove the car and did not hear anything. I escalated my concern to the service manager, Mike, and he assured me he would drive the car. His conclusion was there is a noise , but not to be concerned - this is NORMAL. This is a concern for me given it is a $60,000+ car. If I would have known about this issue, I would NOT have purchased this vehicle. Shame on Lexus. Also, service gave me a RX350 loaner and it had the same problem.

Attention Ladies: I had never negotiated a car purchase on my own before. I felt trepidation about this approaching task. I did my research and I was impressed with a particular Lexus model. My friend and I made the journey to Serra Auto Campus. -So worth the drive! My apprehension melted away and was replaced by a comfortable feeling of confidence. My salesperson, Caleb, noted my prior research! He never spoke down to me or over my words and was extremely professional and well-informed about all of the vehicle’s details. -Just the type of respectful negotiation exchange everyone deserves, but which female purchasers may especially appreciate. The same experience was had when the tech specialist, Preston, who delivered my car (yes out-of-towners Serra provides that service!). Preston articulately and professionally described the car’s MANY features and controls and knowledgeably answered my questions with ease.
Kudos to Serra Auto Campus for providing a uniquely pleasurable buying experience. Lexus is fortunate to be represented by your team.
