Sat in the waiting room for 2 hours before the tech came to tell me that they'd been trying to remove a nut they couldn't get off. Took their receptionist another 40 minutes to find out what the actual part was so I could get it replaced. This was a week after I had a tech come to my home and attempt to do the install and there was a different bolt he couldn't remove. This company says they're experts on glass, and that's the only part of a car they're apparently familiar with.
