  Marivel was an amazing sales advisor and helped us as much as she could with a CPO GLC! She took the time to answer all our questions and advocated for us as much as she could. Unfortunately our experience with the used car manager was less than satisfactory, and we did not end up buying the car from them. However, I would highly recommend Marivel for any used or new car purchase! She was great.

  Last week, I have visited Mercedes-Benz of Okemos and was welcomed by Colin Smith, their sales adviser, I showed interest in buying an entry level small certified suv within my budget and he was so kind and showed two vehicles, he explained everything and encouraged me to have test drive for both which I did, Colin was knowledgeable, honest and very helpful to explain various features that made me so satisfied and I will advise Mercedes Lovers when they decide to buy just visit their Okemos dealer and meet Colin and make their buying so easy
