Called and was able to get in the next morning (MB of Ann Arbor had a week + wait!). I was seen promptly at the designated time; it took a bit for them to diagnose, but ultimately I was back on the road in under two hours - including an explanation of the problem (likely refrigerant leak), a refilled refrigerant system, plus some dye to help ID the leak source during my next service. Such a nice experience that I would consider scheduling my routine dealer service with them next time I’m in the area.
