My most recent rental was through my car insurance and the only option I had was a minivan without 4WD that skidded incessantly during the period of my rental due to constant snow. When I returned the minivan, the manager was very understanding and explained that most vehicles do not have 4WD and that sometimes their inventory is very limited, but it would have been helpful if the employees who arranged the rental could have mentioned this from the beginning, especially given the winter conditions. I rent from them regularly from work and customer service at this location is much more inconsistent than other locations I've dealt with.
