  My wife and I are loyal repeat customers of BMW Okemus. We love the service and professionalism of all aspects of our continued experience from the sales department to the service department. Our new M5 which has the full carbon fiber package has a blemish on the front lower splitter. The sales manager Brian immediately ordered a new one to replace it with. Once all the parts and a special cleaner came in the service advisor Chase contacted me had a car brought to me to use and then had our car brought back once the work was done. BTW we live an hour from the dealership and thus the courtesy of the team at Okemus BMW made our experience that much better. Thank you for your teams kindness as always! Mo Raza

  This service shop is outstanding. My X5 engine was overheating on a trip from Chicago to Ann Arbor so I detoured to Okemos hoping they could help. Their service bays were completely booked and backed up for TWO DAYS but they stayed late on a Friday and performed my repair at a very reasonable cost. This is a super clean, super capable, super friendly shop with outstanding customer service. I wish I lived closer to Okemos!
