Being unhappy for the 2nd time in a row. Last time my vehicle was picked up from my house for an Oil Change was returned with several boot black marking in the driver's side door jamb. Also, the same door jamb opening was severely torn but not completely ripped off. Also on the way there the Tires pressure dash light came on for no known reason except me playing around with it. When I called the service manager and complained about the Black markings and door
ripped jamb, the service manager asked for a picture which I provided and he said next time that you are here I will take care of you which I thanked him for that. Two years gone by but because I wasn't feeling well all year long, I didn't get to go until this passed Saturday when by setting up an appointment for an oil change, I get to talk with the new service manager and pointed out the issue I have had and the conversation I with the old service manager. He denied knowing about it, he denied the agreement I had but miserably tried to clean up the door jamb marking by using some abrasive solutions which turned black marking clear instead of being black. I don't know if the oil change was done and I just took their word for it. They didn't accept the door jamb rubber issue and they wanted money to fix it. They also refused to clear TPM faults when I asked them for it and instead wanted to charge me $ 255.00 to put scope on it. So the black marking were worse, the door jamb rubber was not fixed and the TPM light stayed on
Note 1. This 2016 750i, vehicle is always in my storage and hardly is driven with only 40,000 miles, on it,
Note 2. The TPM issue was not cleared (I have new tires on it) and the amber light is on
Note 3. The door jamb rubber seal is still torn,
Note 4. The door opening black marking is still showing,
Note 5. They didn't wash my car after finishing the oil change,
Note 6. They didn't provide me with any proof that the oil change was done since the vehicle wasn't driven much in the last two years and it had atmost clean oil,
Note 7. I purchased a 3 year oil change package for $249.00.
Note 8. I paid for a brakes fluid flushing for $207.90 while the written estimate was $204.90
So, I spent $453.90 and they still somehow managed to make me very unhappy.
Very disappointed and if there was a rating such as big O, they would have earned that one.
The older regime where much friendlier are more respectful of their customers & problem solving. These guys are NOT TO TRUST.
