    couldn’t be happier with my experience! it was my first time going to belle tire, and i wasn’t sure how bad the damage was after i slid into a curb. the manager was incredibly kind and even came out to my jeep to inspect the tire himself. they had it taken care of in under two hours, were able to save my tire, and didn’t charge me a thing.

    The man who helped me offered alternatives to my problem instead of trying to outright charge me the whole cost of repairs. I ended up going with Belle Tire entirely due to the honesty. Edit: Nevermind. Recently rated 5 but now it's down to 1. I came in for my appointment and they originally quoted me 2 hours and then 5 and then tried to get me to reschedule an appointment I had for a week. They didn't call me to tell me one of the mechanics was sick. I drove 45 minutes on bad tie rods for nothing. I cannot wait that long without family or friends nearby so I had to cancel (I have a disability). They did not offer solutions this time. I did not get the work done they originally quoted me. This is the second Belle Tire to not be able to get my work done on time due to someone being sick. This appointment was already rescheduled from a different Belle Tire. I was excited to finally be able to safely drive my car again, but due to the lack of communication/the way they told me I'd have to wait for so long/tried to get me to reschedule after driving 45 minutes, I will not be returning.

    Vincent was my life saver today. I went to 4 places to add air to my tire and none of them worked. The temps are so cold and I called and he came right out added air to all my tires and had a smile on his face. So grateful for him

    Jim at Bell Tire Okemos was amazing! Very friendly and greeted me when I arrived. He told me what to expect, how long the wait would be and went over in detail additional findings from the inspection and what time frame the repairs should be completed. I had four new tires replaced and an oil change and I was out of there within an hour. The process was very smooth. Would recommend!
