  I'm one of those, doesn't know a single thing about cars, and gets very anxious whenever I have to deal with something car related. good vibes among the employees, i didn't feel judged for not knowing basically anything, and feel great about returning in the future. I felt more educated on what subaru recommends for my vehicle than i did "upsold" on anything i didn't need, like air filters etc

  Tina was amazing!!!! She informed me on everything that needed to be done, she also slowed it down for me to understand because I had no clue what was going on with my car and the team was amazing and quick!!! They definitely have a new customer because the other place I had been going to for years never ran my cars health in so much detail heck they didn’t even check my tire pressure! Tina also didn’t pressure me into any services she allowed me to choose! Prices can’t be beat!! I’ll recommend this place to everyone!!!!

  This might be the best Valvoline I’ve went to. DeSean was very helpful outside. He also helped me understand price and what I was being charged for me, which is very helpful to me in this economy. I will be returning for all my vehicles. Thank you so much again DeSean and Valvoline.

  Worst place ever they lied and said I had an oil leak. I never had an oil leak to take it. I didn’t have an oil leak, but they lied on my receipt attempted to my manufacturers warranty. The manager was very Disrespectful the tech was very disrespectful. They lied. I spent good money there. I would never ever go there. Do not go to this place. This place should be closed down for what they are doing to customers. Lying on the customer receipt is an egregious offense. Don’t go here.

  They should communicate better and not be always away from the bay talking. They should be focusing on the customer. And a smile is always nice to see and not feel like I am just another customer and you are annoyed for us to be there. You also shouldn't make customers switch spots in line because you want to do one car before another. That just causes issues and if you weren't too busy talking to eachother and going in and outside to your personal car, it would have been a way faster experience.
