Nice guys and timely service, however, I came simply to have my winter tires that were already mounted on their own rims swapped onto my vehicle. The car was having some issues afterwards so I brought it to discount tire for balancing and they immediately let me know and showed me that two of the winter tires that are directional were on the wrong side of the car. Discount swapped them no charge and while I love to support smaller businesses, I don’t see myself going back here.

Here’s the reason behind my 1-star rating (and honestly, it should be 0): I brought my vehicle in on a Tuesday to get the struts replaced. The next day they told me OEM struts were extremely expensive, so they’d try to find used ones instead…no issue there. Later in the week, they called to say the used struts were no good but recommended aftermarket ones to keep the price similar. I agreed and asked whether that would delay the timeline. I was told the car would “probably be done Tuesday.” Still fine. Tuesday comes, and the car isn’t ready. Now they say the aftermarket struts won’t arrive until Saturday, so the job will be done Monday. A little irritating, but I understand parts delays and wanting to do the job right! Then Monday at 5:10 PM they call to say the car is ready. I ask what time they close…6 PM. I Uber over and arrive at 5:46 PM only to find out the owner left 8 minutes earlier and no one else can release my car. So now I’m out money for the ride there AND back. I come back the next day to pick up the car, and the owner shows me the old parts. That’s when I notice they didn’t reinstall my lowering springs the same springs that were already on the car when I dropped it off and that I specifically mentioned. (Even though he said I didn’t) When I asked about it, he tells me that putting the springs on now that there done would cost extra, and that “lowering springs will kill your new struts.” His whole attitude changed at this point. Here’s the problem: Yes, lowering springs can shorten the life of struts . But that’s something a professional shop should consult with the customer on up front and give them the option of especially since I told them this. You don’t just do something else out of left field when that’s not what the paying customers wants. Instead, they removed the springs I told them about, didn’t put them back, didn’t consult with me, and then tried to charge me again for labor caused by their own lack of communication and oversight . That’s not good service..that’s negligence! So now I’m out over $3,800, the stance of my car is completely off because now there’s lower springs on the back and high springs on the front and I still have to pay another shop to reinstall the lowering springs and make sure the job was even done correctly. Now there’s more stress on the rear of the car because the front is high and the back is low. Why wouldn’t you reinstall equipment that was already on the vehicle, especially after being told? And why get an attitude about not fixing your own mistake? That’s NOT what men do, no matter how bad you messed up ….you MAN UP and OWN IT! Just a disappointment because I had high hopes for this place based on reviews. I don’t want to hear how long it’s going to take to fix when you guys dropped the ball. This was unprofessional and I would never recommend this shop to anyone.
