  Be careful when renting from here , the cars are very unsafe to drive. I have had one of their cars cut off on me on the freeway, several times I go to start the car and they don't turn over , I have had to get oil changes , wheel alignments and other work done on the cars while renting because they wasn't ready to be rented out. Sometimes the tail lights don't work , the heat dont work ,cars have several damages already and more then likely the engine light is on and etc. They are very good with interrupting your personal time to come trade the car in but more then likely the car u trade in will be just as bad as the 1 you have. They will charge you late fees and damage fees but disregard the times their cars left u catching a Uber because they wouldn't start. And don't let it be the weekend, you'll be stuck with a broken down car until Monday. Management won't return your calls and it's like being stuck in a bad business deal. Keep looking!

  Terrible customer service!!! Do not rent from here! They rented me a car and when I got in it said “low tire pressure” I put air in it and it went flat every couple hours… I woke the next day tire was completely flat… I had to be to work at a certain time and they make you wait hours for somebody to come service the vehicle…. They don’t compensate you for renting you damaged vehicles… knowing they are damaged. No compensation, no complementary day… and if you call and tell them about the problems with the car they rented you…. THEY WILL HANG UP. I called twice and told them the problem… they could not offer any help and hung up twice. RUDE customer service…. Very unhappy and dissatisfied.

  Have been here plenty of times and I love the service and the cars. Steve is really helpful with any problem you may have and finding the perfect car for you! Never had any problems when it comes to renting or paying/ receiving my security deposit back. They do accept cash too which makes things a lot easier as well. Definitely will be back!

  Man I wish I could say I had the same experience as the ones on the highlights. Be that as it may I cannot. When I stepped inside of the vehicle it had a check engine light on, a tire sensor light on. The PSI of the tire was 15 and of course they were minor damages to the outside and the inside of the car still look clean so assuming these were going to be things that were fixed. When I left the site there was The associate did say that he filled the tire up and the sensor light will go off as I rolled away. Yet it did not. It was slow leaking all the way home so I contacted the service provider and asked them did they have anybody that was on the way he gave me a tire service on the east side of town. That place was closed so I stopped by Belle tire and got some free air I hope that it would stay inside of the tire I parked the vehicle in my garage and waited to the morning went to the shop the shop was closed call the associate again in the morning and let them know so they provided me the address to the tire shop on the west side I made my way in route letting them know that not only was his center light but the check engine light will not go off and so I took it into the tire shop they replaced this slow leak which was great and I was told that the tire sensor would go off I need it all the lights to be off in order to pass my inspection for Uber. Because as advertised they say they have vehicles for rideshare yet the insurance that they carry does not allow you to drive Uber without your own insurance thus it is more expensive to the rental so I got my own insurance and I still couldn't get the tire sensor light off so I called in again we got the check engine light off cuz they gave me a shop that I can go to which was amazing cuz it took less than an hour to get repaired Yes the tire sensor was still on and the tire shop said that they could repair it but the manager said that he did not want to do it since the vehicle was driver bull without the sensor being on yet I knew it would not pass inspection for Uber so I was really disenchanted. So I called in they said that they provide their own inspections yet I still waited to receive the inspection by the end of the day and still no documentation I called every hour on the hour because I was told that the information would be sent to me shortly yet shortly never came along and they dragged me on until the end of the day. Needless to say I still haven't been able to recoup and make my money back due to the fact that I have not had the vehicle inspected it's exhausting and it's the end of the day and I really hate it they did offer me a full refund yet I really need the vehicle cuz I am going through very hard times right now and it's a source of income that I really need. Hopefully we'll be able to come to some sort of resolve yet I am a patiently waiting
