  I do not recommend this company at all! They require you to complete a link prior to rental to upload your license and basic contact information. The do not take reservations just first come first serve. They called me and notified me that they had two vehicles available and I let them know my preference and that I was on my way. They so ok call when I arrived. I had already completed the link. Once I say I am here they said they didn’t receive it and asked me to complete it again. I did so and they said they still didn’t have it, but it was ok they would come out and physically verify it. While I was waiting another lady came. When the representative came he stated that there was only one car now and that he would be giving it to her because her link worked. I informed him that I arrived first and that the representative on the phone said he would physically verify it. He would not assist me. I called back and the phone representative said that she could not control their actions out there. I asked for the supervisor and she stated that they weren’t available. This is very bad customer service. I followed the steps they required more than once but I wasn’t served due to a technical issue they were having.

  I loved the rental, the communication here was excellent!! I had no issues returning the car and I received my deposit right after the return. I would truly book again!!!

  It’s literally just good if you’re trying to get a last minute rental and don’t have many options left. The only thing is when you arrive you have to call and tell them you’re there. I then waited probably like 15-20 minutes till someone showed up and then they took other customers before me though I was the first one there. The car they gave me was a ford fusion with both the cars mirror backs missing, car logo missing, and it smelled like someone had literally just hotboxed it before I got it even after I spraying it down a few times over a week later the smell still lingered. When they gave it to me one the tires had low tire pressure, which ended up being a problem twice a day for all four tires. They did recommend me to a tire shop that would take care of it, but it’s the principle. And upon returning it the car wasn’t bad or dirty looking at all literally but they told me I had to go take it and pay for a car wash first or they deduct $35 from your deposit. Literally the only good part about it was that they do send you back the deposit immediately after.
