Eric has been amazing during my rental experience. Very helpful, eager to assist, and always working harder than anyone I have ever met. On a few occasions, I have seen him as the only staff clearing out the lobby full of customers. Some customers tend to think that it will take longer than expected but I always reassure them that it will not take long. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone I know. As long as Eric is there, this will forever be my choice for rental services if ever needed.
