  Jonny was extremely helpful, kind and friendly. The customer service at this location is amazing. There was another worker I didn’t catch his name but he was just as nice! 5 stars

  While the representative (Eric) at pickup was exceptional—professional, courteous, and extremely helpful—the roadside assistance experience was very concerning. The vehicle provided to us had a flat tire and no spare tire available in the car. When I contacted Enterprise dispatch, the representative arranged for AAA to come out. However, I was informed that I would be responsible for paying for the tire change. Since there was no spare tire in the vehicle, the tow truck driver began loading the vehicle onto the truck. At that point, dispatch instructed the driver to unload the vehicle and leave us on the side of the road because Enterprise would not cover the tow. Being left roadside, late at night, without a spare tire and without support created a stressful and unsafe situation. At a minimum, rental vehicles should be equipped with a spare tire or clear contingency support should be provided when a flat occurs. Additionally, customers should not be placed in a position where they are stranded due to internal coverage decisions. Improving coordination between dispatch and roadside assistance, ensuring vehicles are properly equipped, and prioritizing customer safety during breakdown situations is a must.

  If I could give more than 5 starts I would. This is not the first time I rented from this location, and every time is a 5 star service which is why I keep coming back, but I do feel this time needs a review. We had a sudden death of an immediate family member who lived out of state. I needed a rental to hold 7 people quickly. Eric and Johnny made it happen. After speaking to them on the phone they located what I needed and had it delivered to their location, cleaned and ready to go, and within a couple hours I had a minivan to use. I cannot thank them enough for helping make it happen. What they did is appreciated and I will definitely continue to rent from this location.
