The employee was unhelpful and made me wait for another coworker simply because she didn’t want to do the job and she is talking with her friend.... When she finally helped me, she entered the wrong vehicle information and applied a discount to the wrong oil type. Because of her mistake — not mine — I had to visit another branch to correct the issue and ended up paying more, an amount I should not have been charged in the first place. I hope the staff here receive better training and handle customers more professionally.
