I purchased wiper blades in April and the staff there refused to return or exchange them for me, even though they are still under a 90 day warranty. I was forced to buy new ones. They started yelling and disrespecting me. The lady wearing glasses was very rude and disrespectful and was smirking and being cynical to me. The staff of the store needs to be reprimanded and trained in basic customer service skills.
