  Came for an emergency tire change and they didn’t have enough staff or supplies needed. If you need an emergency tire repair don’t waste your time go down the street to discount tire. The staff also had an attitude and seemed standoffish Towards customers.

  Even though tire price in Bell tire website is $210, they charged $230. Don' trust their ads in website.And also they charged $134.99 for Thrust angle alignment. Even though Bell Tire is Michigan local, they don't care Michigan people. Don't trust Bell Tire. I recommend Costco for Tires replacement.

  20 years ago they screwed up a bunch of my lug nuts, and I didn’t use them for a long time after. Then they helped me with a free puncture repair years ago when other shops couldn’t even find the puncture. So I gave them another shot. This time, I want them to swap out my winter tires back to factory, and they told me they won’t do that if I didn’t buy the tires from them. I do this every year twice at two other Belle Tires, and told them this, yet they’re arrogant enough to tell me No, Don’t care. Enough of this shop.

  Had the most horrible experience total waste of time after having a appointment already set. Daniel Garbarz the so called manager literally tried to blackmail me into buying 2 new tires when I only went in to get the air stem replaced on tire. Was there over a hr and he tried to find everything that was wrong with my car and failed to do the one and only thing I was there ti get fixed. I took off work all for nothing thanks Dan from Bell tire. If I could take away the 1 star I would....
