    Great customer service! They took me home and came back to get me when my car was ready. Gregg was very nice. There was a service that I thought I needed and they said I didn’t need it and saved me a lot of money! They are very honest and trustworthy.

    They did a repair after Analysis. However, the parts that they replaced did not help the problem with the car, in essence had made it worse, now I’m having to put a new motor into the car after spending $900 on a repair that didn’t change anything, very disappointed. At this point I could not recommend this service from Tuffy auto repair in Northville Michigan. My feelings are, they should had a second opinion from the Franchise owner before they attempted to fix something on my car. The repair was not a repair, it did not change anything. they replaced Parts, however didn’t change anything. It made it worse. I sent an email to the FRANCHISE OWNER LETTING HIM KNOW OF MY DISAPPOINTMENT WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED IT WAS NOT COPACETIC. I would expect them to refund my Money. But don’t hold your breath because in today’s marketplace, Auto repair centres are cutting corners and making what I would consider some type of fraudulent activity in order to replace Parts that didn’t fix the problem.

    Tuffy Northville is fantastic! I went for a pre-purchase inspection. Isziah and Alex were thorough in their inspection and efficient - we were in and out in 20 minutes. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

    After a recent oil change, when I was checking out they mentioned that it may be time to think about front brakes. I did. I was able schedule an appointment that fit my schedule and now I know my brakes are great!! Once again, thanks Tuffy!!

    I highly recommend this shop. The service was prompt, courteous, and the quality of work was excellent. Great communication from start to finish .They fixed what was needed to be fixed and advised what maintenance areas needed to be addressed in the near future. From now on this will be my shop of choice.
