  Waited about 20 minutes to be told the car I ordered over the phone isn't available. Nobody bothered calling me to let me know. Their Customer Service is horrible. They have a sign in the lobby that they're cleaning cars and will be up front every 20 minutes so just wait and someone will eventually come. Dont go here!

  Ashley was amazing! I came into the Northville Enterprise and it was very busy. She took the time to acknowledge everyone that walked in the door. She was efficient, friendly, and very thorough.

  The entire experience was bad (except for one helpful manager who did her best to solve many issues). We reserved a minivan months in advance. I called twice in the weeks prior to ask questions, but the rep spoke very little english and could not understand what I was asking. He said someone would call me back, but that never happened. When we arrived to pick up the van they said it wasn't available because "I never responded to an email they sent" (from someone's personal email account) to confirm. There was never any info about needing to reply to an email in order to confirm. I had received multiple confirmation emails from Enterprise but did not receive this specific email. They also never called to ask if we were actually picking it up, even though my number was clearly on file. Long story short, the van was not available and there were no other options since it was spring break and all minivans across the state were rented out apparently. After hours of problem solving, they got us into a different vehicle. As we got in to drive away, we noticed that it had not been cleaned after previous renter and the gas tank was less than 1/4 full. Definitely would not recommend using Enterprise in the future!

  After making a reservation at another Enterprise location, I was informed that the type of vehicle we needed wouldn’t be available. I was calling around other branches and that’s when I got to speak with Ashley from the Northville location. She was great, super helpful, and very knowledgeable. She was able to get us exactly what we needed for our trip and the whole process was smooth. If we ever need another rental, I will definitely be going back to the Northville location to see Ashley!

  Before I I had the pleasure of working with Ashley I would have gave Enterprise a negative stars. She definitely turned my experience into a 10 plus Stars. I reserved a vehicle and the night before I was to pick it up, I got a phone call saying they didn't have the vehicle I requested. That was 10 minutes before most of the stores closed for the day so I couldn't call any of them by the time we ended pur conversation. Long story kinda short, after talking to 7 different enterprise agents including supervisors (1 of them hung up on me), countless promises of call backs and actually crying in front of agents when I came to pick up a vehicle that wasn't there. One of the agents got me in touch with Ashley at the Northville store. She was the only agent working (during springbreak crazy season). That didn't affect her! Even though she was crazy busy, she was professional, efficient, helpful, compassionate and extremely friendly! She not only got us a vehicle but also got us a bigger one (which we needed) and Jamari (the detail guy) had it cleaned and ready in record time! We didn't have to postpone or cancel our trip. She not only apologized for Enterprise, she made it right. I hope Enterprise realizes the fantastic agent they have in Ashley! This one person was better than the 7 agents I dealt with combined.
