I had to wait a bit for them to get parts they didn’t have in stock since I didn’t call ahead and booked online for 8am Monday service. They ordered and got the parts from the dealer and completed all the work within 2 hrs as promised while I waited. Price has always been fair as well and certainly much lower than going to my BMW dealership since this was service in between there normal free service intervals. I will continue to use this place for all my cars

It's a culture that seems to come from the top and embraced by every employee. Most people like me thought Tuffy just means brakes and shocks, but these people do just about EVERYTHING a car could ever need. I'll be a customer for life, I really can't say enough great things about these folks.

I have left too many auto shops feeling like I was oversold and ripped off, but not here. The waiting room is clean and always stocked with snack and beverages, which seems like a small detail but when you may have to wait a while for your vehicle it’s nice to have. Thanks for the honest work you do here!!
