  Matt and Alex were very professional and detailed in their pad and rotors replacements. After initial estimate they found the calipers to be stuck and were very accommodating in staying as close as possible to initial estimate! Much appreciated their showing me the replaced parts! Great service TC

  I was treated with total respect. Finding the problem and quote took about 20 min. Got in the next day and it was repaired in 1 1/2 hrs. Very reasonable price. Excellent work

  We called this shop at the last minute for a repair to our daughter’s car. They let us drop it off immediately and agreed the repairs would be done by 5:00 - without even knowing the extent of the total repairs needed! By 3:30 I received a call that everything was done. Hats off to Matt and Alex!

  Great price for oil changes. I used to go to the 10 minute oil change places for convenience but found that they were always so expensive. $89 to start usually. Tuffy in northville usually has a coupon. My car is in and out in 30 minutes or less. The waiting area is great with beverages. The team is customer service oriented. Alex is almost always my go to guy and he takes care of me. This place knows how to take on customer service at a whole other level. And this is why they get my business for all of my car needs. Thank you for always taking care of me and creating trust and transparency.

  Beware if you make a purchase on their Tuffy care card, they will charge you for the work done before you even pick up your vehicle. This is actually not ethical and basically not legal. When i picked up my car i found that i had already been charged by the owner of the store. Before he saw that i was approved for service card was willing to help me pay bill. After i was approved they offered no discount and without my consent or authorization they charged my Tuffy Card. Also the ad for 100.00 rebate was still up and had expired. What was even more strange is that my car starter just happen die in their garage. This is very shady and unethical. I have experienced several other dishonest and unprofessional practices with this company at a two of their locations. In many cases their macanics do not know what their doing and are unqualified.
