I had to call them and they told me I had til 6 to get it. I get out of work a little after 5, and that's rush hour. They're closed on Sat and Sun so I would have had to pay for a rent a car for 4 more days, which really adds up. Luckily I was there at 6pm on the dot. They do good work, but seem kinda lazy.
