  I was referred to Gerber for repair by my insurance company after I was side swiped. I really enjoyed working with Gerber to restore my vehicle. It looks great! Laura is an excellent estimator. She and Meagan made sure I was updated all throughout the process. I received excellent customer service. I hope I don't need Gerber again but if I do, I want Laura and this location to take care of me. I will definitely be referring you all to friends and family that need collision services. Laura is a Rockstar she went over and beyond to take care of my vehicle. It was great working with her.

  I had a minor repair to address from a Carvana purchase, which they addressed flawlessly. From the first contact to pick up they were professional (with added benefit of being funny!) and quick. They said what they were going to do, they did it, and were quick about it. They even cleaned my car, which was pretty mingin (a good Scots word, look it up). They were accommodating, too.

  Car was supposed to be fixed by the 27th of Oct, wasn't done until the 28th, and then on top of that, pretty sure they weren't even going to call me to let me know it was done. I had to call them and they told me I had til 6 to get it. I get out of work a little after 5, and that's rush hour. They're closed on Sat and Sun so I would have had to pay for a rent a car for 4 more days, which really adds up. Luckily I was there at 6pm on the dot. They do good work, but seem kinda lazy.
