When we went to pick it up the worker said ‘oh the website will let you rent anything but we don’t have that category of vehicle here.’ They brought in a Durango for us. That did not fit our needs for the 30 hour trip we were going on. It ended up taking over 2 hours to get a vehicle. We had to drive to another location with our 4 kids (since it was now after school pick up time) and ended up in a 15 passenger van since they couldn’t locate the category of vehicle we requested. It was an uncomfortable ride and not at all what we requested. A simple phone call when they realized our request wasn’t possible would have saved a huge headache. Wouldn't recommend Enterprise if that glitch is possible on their website and wouldn’t recommend the Northville MI location if they can’t think to make a phone call before our pick up time when the can see they don’t have a match for our request.
