I came in around noon with a flat tire, left them my wheel to fix, and they promised to mount it back on my car once it was ready. However, when I came back to pick it up, they had just put the tire on the rim and told me they wouldn’t mount it on the car because they didn’t have time. Basically, they just handed me the wheel and said, “Go mount it somewhere else.” This was really inconvenient and disappointing.

Said no thanks I can make those repairs myself. (I just don't have any alignment rack laying around) on further inspection there was nothing wrong with these parts. (Was in automotive parts testing for 8 yrs) took it to a third party, kirks auto for a third opinion to make sure I'm not out of practice. Agreed there was nothing wrong and performed the alignment. Sad to see some shops preying on the unknowing still and giving real mechanics a bad name. Kicking this one up to the bbb.
