We lost the receipt ( I know our fault) called and they said we could exchange it for the right part. Drove in there and new workers working. (She said she just walked in!) Refused to exchange it, even though the computer showed we had been buying parts for this vehicle.

Also told me they were having it delivered form another store and should arrive shortly. So. I waited. I have waited over three hour for the part. Then I called the store the part was coming from and they tell me they still have it sitting on the counter waiting on a hub driver, to pick it up . When I was already told it was on its way.😕😡
