  Nic was amazing. Patient kind and professional. He suggested the belle tire credit card. But we got approved for 1st mile. We had to wait for the physical card to arrive because with that card the will send you a link to add it to your digital wallet however only 3 try or link gets blocked. There was a younger guy i think it was Matt who was kind to try to get my aunts phone to display the card. Thank you both . Stellar customer service

  I had work done on my vehicle about a year ago, and it was just north of 2k with everything said and done. With parts and labor that kind of checks out, but my front tires are now bald. It's a ball joint on the front driver side, (so they say as of 02/16/26). I have only put 10,000 miles on them and they're already bald, and I did purchase the protection warranty. Went there earlier today and got quoted for the said front left ball joint and I was told I could get the tires "at cost" for being a "loyal customer." There wasn't even a quote for those tires, and if I'm such a "loyal customer," then why isn't the protection plan being backed? What's the point in purchasing it if you don't honor it? One of the excuses that I was given today was that I should've had them rotated. 10,000 miles is roughly 1 tire rotation, rotation was NOT the issue here. So if you'd like to purchase a warranty that won't be honored, then this is the place for you. I definitely wouldn't recommend this location. I'm trying to keep the faith alive, but it's getting harder everyday with examples such as exhibit A: Belle Tire not honoring their commitments.
