Lance called me and gave me notice of his arrival time, upon arrival was very nice and gave explanation of the process/timeframe. Due to a system outage the day of my replacement Lance notified me a technician would have to come out to recalibrate my jeep when the system was back up which I was very understanding and because of my work schedule I had to move my appointment to a different day and it just so happen to work out that I had Lance again! The process for both appointments were quick and Iām very pleased with the the results! Thank you again Lance!!! If you happen to need a windshield replacement, I highly recommend Lance š

The second appointment the tech installed a new windshield and the pins broke. The third appointment my windshield arrived broken so it got cancelled. The fourth appointment the tech never showed up. I then had to drive to the facility to schedule another appointment because no one answered the phone, and I tried multiple different numbers and called the insurance company to get the phone number and the number they had did not work. The fifth appointment my windshield finally got fixed
