  Definitely the best car wash in Chesterfield/Macomb County! Everyone is so nice and greet you every time. My car looks nice and shiny and love the rim and tire shine in the wash. I did get the unlimited membership as you can go as many times as you want!

  This is hands down the best wash in Macomb County (Chesterfield)from the greeting you get as you drive into the lot and per service wash before you into the wash bay. I have all 4 of my vehicles enrolled in the month wash deal.

  Visited the wash this morning and had an issue with my membership not being active. Had a very friendly and helpful interaction with the gentleman at the screen who answered all my questions. Car came out looking amazing as usual! Thank you, Mister for another great experience!

  Came in 3 times in the 2 months that I was a member. The first 2 times were horrible. They sprayed the first 3 feet of your vehicle by your driver door and expect there to be no dirt on the other 80% of the vehicle. Came in my 3rd time in the 2nd month after thinking i guess something would change. It just got worse. My 3rd time the brushes ripped my front bumper right off on the right side. Tore a 9 inch gash in the bumper. Never go to any of these locations. Unless you don't value the cleanliness or the parts on your car. New bumper is running me $1290. When I called to cancel and let them know the problem. They didn't care in the slightest. All these Ai generated responses they give are as shitty as thier service. They could care less about how clean the vehicle gets or if it stays in one piece as it goes through the wash.

  I was really disappointed with the service I received at this car wash. When I got home, I noticed the back of my car was still dirty, and there seems to be a film left on the paint. For the price I paid, I expected much better results. The facility itself looks great, and I will say my wheels were cleaned nicely. However, the overall wash just wasn’t worth it to me. The gentleman working at the screen made it seem like there was only one wash option available, the “Titanium” package, so I ended up paying more than I planned. Later, I found out that wasn’t the only wash they offer, which felt misleading. I would have preferred to select the wash myself at the screen instead of feeling steered toward the most expensive option. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling like I overpaid for a subpar wash. I won’t be going back, there are too many other options that do a better job for the price.
