  I came by yesterday on January 6, 2026. Spoke with Chris the VP other place I got a complementary wash so I can see if in fact I want to switch from my unlimited car wash to another one. I was very impressed exceptional the staff was great, polite, pleasant, and very welcoming at this car wash. The car wash is phenomenal. I love the fact that the brushes touched every ounce of your car and your car service is excellent when you walk out so kudos to Chris the VP. This is Elaine. I had a wonderful experience.

  I went there on 1/1/26 in the morning and had a similar experience as another person reported- I checked in with the app which allowed the ramp to go up and pulled into the building, only to find no one there. I honked and waited for a while and had to reverse out of the car wash in order to leave. Thank god there wasn’t another customer who had pulled up after me, or else I would’ve been stuck , waiting for them to reverse out. I verified on google they were open and called the company multiple times to report the issue and no one answered. Kind of regretting getting the membership now and considering canceling it

  I went to this new car wash on 1/1/2026. I pulled up to the kiosk, chose a wash, and paid. Drove around to the tunnel, which had its door open, and waited for staff. No one came out, so I honked my horn, still nothing. I then turned off my car and walked into the business. No one was there. At that point I started to worry that something happened to the staff. I called the police and they came out. They were unable to locate any staff as well. The officer locked up the business doors. I have been trying to reach someone about this as I paid for a wash I did not receive. I do have the receipt as well as the report number from the officer. Not a good way to conduct business.

  This car wash is a bit different then the other ones. Firstly they spray your car down unlike the other ones that don’t anymore. The car goes slower through the tunnel to get a good cleaning and the brushes don’t spin as fast to prevent damage this is the first that I’ve seen with this one. Cons - the wax does not stick onto your car nearly as I’ve expected. I go to another car wash that uses graphene wax and it bonds on really well and the car comes out very shiny. I highly recommend mister to go with this wax. Overall, I recommend this car wash but it’s not my 1st choice due to the wax bonding issue.

  My car looked like a salt bagel going in—covered in winter grime and road grit- but it came out looking like a fresh-dipped candy apple. The shine is incredible and the attention to detail is top-notch. The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful. If you want your ride to look showroom-ready, this is the place to go!
