I witnessed behavior from management that I found highly unprofessional, including speaking negatively about one employee to another in the workplace. When I brought up my concerns, the response was defensive and escalated instead of being handled respectfully. This experience reflected poor leadership and a lack of professionalism. Management sets the standard for the entire team, and in this case, it was not a positive one. Based on what I observed, I will not be returning or supporting this business in the future.

The label they gave me during my last visit indicated that the service was due, and my car’s computer showed the same. Two weeks later, my car broke down because it had no oil left. This resulted in an expensive repair due to unprofessional service from this place.
