  Highly recommend! Very polite and professional. Texted updates to keep informed of status repair, sent driver come to come get me when done as I did not have ride, accommodated my schedule with special needs son. They went above and beyond to fix my car.

  Every time I talk to the receptionist she make me feel like I'm bothering her and she's irritated with me. Terrible customer service from front desk.

  Wife called and asked if she could have her car towed here for repair, explained exactly what the issue was and was told they could take care of it. Car was towed to Gerber, they informed us they in fact could not do the repair and then charged us to have the car towed next door to My Auto Import. Friendly but terrible way to take care of a customer for their mistake. Will definitely stick with Caliber Collision in the future.
