- MGMakayla GuerreroDec 22, 20251.0DO NOT GO TO ANY OF THE TOMMY’S EXPRESS CAR WASH LOCATIONS. SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR VEHICLE. I decided to give this location a try and it completely scratched my car!!!!! I had this happen ALREADY with the Tommy’s Express location on Sherman 3 years ago. I just moved back to town and decided to give this location a try and same exact thing. It is not a coincidence. When I contacted them 3 years ago they tried telling me the scratches on my car were there prior. Which is 100% false. They do not take accountability and are no help after damaging your nice vehicle!!!!!!!!!! I NEVER have any issues at any other car washes. Never again.

Then they proceed to cancel my subscription but take my money for the month. Mind you I’ve been coming here for years. Manager got a problem with me or something so scared he made the sweet lady tell me. Get ur shit figured out Tommy’s. I’d at least like a refund

After my initial wash, I wasn’t fully satisfied with the results, so I spoke with Chloe who was working the window about my experience. She went above and beyond to resolve the issue by offering a complimentary second wash and even upgrading my service. Her exceptional customer service made a lasting impression. Overall, I had a great experience at Tommy’s Car Wash and would highly recommend it to others.
