Car was towed to Gerber, they informed us they in fact could not do the repair and then charged us to have the car towed next door to My Auto Import. Friendly but terrible way to take care of a customer for their mistake. Will definitely stick with Caliber Collision in the future.

All concerns were heard and taken care of. When I showed up to pick my truck up, after waiting 7 weeks for the repairs, Jennifer took time to walk around the truck with me and go over all the details. I am happy I brought it to Gerber so far. I haven’t noticed anything that wasn’t done right yet, but they say the work has a lifetime warranty if there are any issues with their work. Awesome customer service, Jennifer. Thank you!

I received constant communication about the status of my car. My car was done earlier than anticipated so that was a bonus. The repairs seem to be flawless. They even cleaned front floor mats and the cargo area mat! I will use Gerber again in the future if I have the need and will highly recommend them! Thank you all for a job well done!
