Went in right when they opened to get battery checked as I am having battery issues. Asked for battery test, one of first things she said was something along the lines of “you’re gonna make me walk out in this weather (colder and rainy) to do this”. Gave her benefit of the doubt took it as she was joking and shrugged it off, sure no issue. Later, was trying to figure out warranty stuff for battery, was giving her multiple phone numbers to try and look up the purchase, since I did not have receipt, to see if we could replace battery. While looking up the phone numbers, she did give a side eye with partial eye roll to her coworker expressing irritation. At that point just wanted to walk out as they did not deserve my business. Made me feel like an inconvenience. Won’t be going back, went across the street to OReillys to buy stuff. Unable to use warranty (which is my fault no big issue) so going elsewhere to buy a new battery. I’m sure every worker there is not like that, but definitely had a much better customer experience across the street at OReillys.
