When my car battery died, I called the auto parts store to ask if they sold battery packs so I could jump my car. Rob told me they did, but then went above and beyond by offering to come jump my car himself. After getting off work, he drove out of his way to help me and even took the time to give me advice on changing my battery, which is a bit complicated. Afterward, I drove to AutoZone to buy a battery jumper (I’m definitely not a car person), where Katie helped me not only charge my car but also test my battery. I have never had the pleasure of interacting with such genuinely kind, caring people, and experiences like this make me incredibly grateful that I moved to this town.
