I pulled my vehicle in to the back area, no other vehicles were being serviced, no other vehicles were waiting. When I pulled around to the entry, the two young men were outside the door and quickly went back into the building, so I parked in the one parking spot, waiting for one of them to come out to talk with me and direct me to one of the entrances. That didn't happen, though, as I sat there for ten minutes, until another customer pulled in, during which, the door was immediately opened for them. They must have had an appointment? I thought the purpose of a quick change was a) no appointment needed, and b) no need to exit the vehicle. The reason I prefer this method is because of my many little passengers. SO, this is a review for poor customer service from the two young men who have lost my business. Others who use this type of oil change service should probably try another one, maybe down the street. Customer service is everything.

He was doing his best to keep the other worker in line professionally while single-handedly running the show on his own, I hope he gets a big fat Christmas bonus because I genuinely believe he increases customer satisfaction and keeps that place running smoothly. According to my receipt, I think his name would either be Gerard or David, but I could be mistaken. Visit was 12/8 around 5:30. Seriously, show this guy some appreciation!
